The seven modules tell of the life of Louis Riel and the impact of his life on Manitoba. 
Primary source documents are included- pictures and maps. (Note: The grade seven designation is for the Manitoba curriculum for whom it was originally written. The material is appropriate for grade 8 in Ontario). 
The Grade 4 modules provide a shorter versions.

Lesson 5 - The First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples of Canada. Learners will create population pyramids illustrating the growth of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal populations in Canada. Aboriginal populations include Inuit, Métis and First Nations on and off reserve.
