Interviews with well-know authors, e.g., Avi, GordonKorman, Katherine Paterson, Margaret Peterson Haddix, Debbie Dadey. (Cursor down to Books Alive on the page.)

The Writers’ Union of Canada funds author visits to Ontario elementary and secondary schools and subsidises a portion of the author's fee. Requests must be made by the host school in writing. Arrangements for a presentation must be made with the author prior to applying to the Writers' Union for funds.
